CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Appointments may be rescheduled ,up to 1 month after initial appointment, based on availability.
WEATHER POLICY

We operate rain or shine as The Bubble is temperature controlled and shields you and your guests from the elements. We do reserve the right to cancel appointments based off weather conditions. If we determine the weather is subjectively bad enough (thunderstorms, freezing rain, etc) We will notify you at least 2 hours before the start of your event to offer you a rain check. You may decide to still go on as long as the weather is safe enough to do so. Never assume your event is cancelled.

Requested add ons must be discussed to determine pricing. Pricing for add ons will be added to the remaining balance and is due prior set up.
BALANCE

Full payment is due prior to set up. Your experience will not be set up until your balance is paid in full.
